Satnam Communications

Our shop is located in the C Block of Keshavpuram at C6/77. It is a small, local place where we handle all sorts of mobile and communication needs for the people who live around here. The space is definitely a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of repairs waiting to be picked up. It is usually just one or two of us working behind the counter at any given time. We don't have any of those bright, flashing lights or big promotional posters you see in the malls. It is just a plain shop with a few glass cases for the phones and accessories. Most of our customers are folks from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. We start our day around ten in the morning and we usually don’t close until the street starts to get quiet at night. The area around C6/77 can get quite busy with traffic and people walking to the market. We have a couple of stools for people to sit on, but they aren’t very comfortable if you have to wait a long time. We try to be helpful and give people the right advice, but we don't use any fancy sales talk. It is just about getting the phone fixed or getting the right SIM card working. It’s a humble setup, but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the local community here.
