Satkartar Communication

Satkartar Communication is located at J 1/83 in the Khirki Extension area of Gupta Colony, Malviya Nagar. It is a bit of a walk from the main market area, which makes it a slightly quieter spot than most mobile shops. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the repair work without too many people crowding the door. The shop is small and filled with boxes of accessories from the floor to the ceiling. I usually sit at the back under a bright lamp to work on the phone internals where it is quiet. My wife helps out with the billings and talking to the customers who come in for simple recharges or sim cards. We have a small fan that hums all day long to keep the air moving in the cramped space. A lot of our customers are people from the nearby apartments who have been coming to us for years and years. They know we don't have a lot of fancy talk, just a simple and honest way of doing things. Sometimes we run out of a specific battery and have to go get it from the main market ourselves, so we tell the customer to come back later in the evening. It’s a very local way of operating. We don't have a website or any of that, just the shop and our phone number on the board outside.
