At Sash Communication, we are located in Sarojini Nagar, at Old Pilanji 1. Most people know Sarojini for the big clothes market, but our part of the neighborhood is a bit more residential and quiet compared to the main shopping lanes. We have been here for a few years, helping people with their mobile phone needs. It’s a simple setup. We have a counter with some display units and a chair for customers to sit while they wait for their repairs. A lot of our work involves fixing broken screens or replacing batteries that don't hold a charge anymore. You would be surprised how many people still use very old phone models and they really want to keep them going instead of buying new ones. We also sell those scratch cards for recharges, though fewer people buy those now that everything is online. Still, some older neighbors prefer doing it the old-fashioned way. The shop is small and we don't have any big signs or bright lights. It's just a place where you can get honest help with your phone without any fuss. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can't process digital payments, which is a headache, but we find a way. We know the people living around Old Pilanji and they know us. It’s a routine life, opening up in the morning, cleaning the glass, and waiting for the first customer to walk in. It's just a regular local shop.
