Santoshi Communication

Santoshi Communication is a small shop located in the busy area of Chawri Bazar, specifically at 3459/60 in Bajrangbali Market. If you have ever been to this part of the city, you know how crowded the lanes can be with rickshaws, carts, and thousands of people. Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. We focus on mobile phones and communication services. This means we spend our days doing mobile recharges, selling sim cards, and fixing small issues with handsets. We also have a lot of accessories like earphones, chargers, and phone cases squeezed into our display counters. Because space is so limited in Bajrangbali Market, we have to keep everything very organized behind the counter. There is always a lot of noise coming from the street, and we often have to speak up just to be heard by our customers. We see all kinds of people every day, from local traders to people just passing through the market. We don't have any fancy seating or air conditioning; it is just a functional workspace. We have been here long enough to know how the market operates and we just try to keep up with the pace. If a customer has a problem with their phone or needs a quick recharge, we get it done as fast as we can so they can move on. It is a simple business in a very busy location, and we are just happy to be part of the community here.
