Our place is more like a warehouse than an office because we have to store so many things. We’ve got stacks of chairs, large cooking pots, and rolls of tent fabric everywhere. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when we are preparing for multiple events at once. I usually spend my mornings checking our supplies and making sure the stove burners are working right. We have a small team of cooks and laborers who have been with us for years. We don't have any fancy brochures; usually, people just come by because they tasted our food at a neighbor's party. The summer heat in Ghaziabad can be tough when we’re setting up outdoor tents, but we just get on with it. Sometimes the trucks have trouble navigating the narrow lanes around Kamna, so we have to do a lot of heavy lifting. It’s a busy life, especially during the winter wedding season.
