Sandhya Mobile Shop is over in Nangloi at the address K-2-22. It is a small place, maybe just enough for three or four people to stand inside at once. We handle all the usual mobile stuff like selling SIM cards, fixing cracked screens, and putting on screen guards. The shop is right in the middle of a row of other small stores, so there is always a lot of activity on the street. At K-2-22, we have a glass display case that we try to keep clean, though the dust in Nangloi makes that a constant job. The walls are lined with colorful phone covers and charging cables. We have a small stool behind the counter where we sit when things are quiet, which isn't very often. Sometimes the kids from the neighborhood come by just to look at the new gadgets. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that, so we just rely on people walking by and seeing the sign. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps us see the tiny screws when we are repairing a handset. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we manage to squeeze it all in somehow. It is a basic shop run by local people for the local community, and we like it that way.
