We are at the Samsung outlet in Neb Sarai, located at D 50 B. This isn't one of those massive showrooms you see in the big malls. It’s a more local spot where we handle the daily needs of people living around here. Most of the time, the shop is full of boxes and parts. People come in because their screens are cracked or their batteries aren't holding a charge like they used to. It gets pretty cramped inside D 50 B when three or four customers show up at once. Neb Sarai is a crowded place anyway, so finding parking can be a bit of a nightmare for the folks who visit. We spend our day looking at small circuits and talking to people about their tech issues. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just look at the device, tell you what’s wrong, and see if it can be fixed. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive and we have to call the customers back. It’s a standard routine. We have been in this specific block for a while now, so the neighbors all know us. It’s just us doing our job in a small corner of the city. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished script. We just talk like regular people and try to help with whatever phone or gadget is acting up.
