If you head to the Bada Goal Chakkar in Kamla Nagar, that's where our Samsung shop is, specifically at 36-E. Being in this part of town means we are always surrounded by students and shoppers. It is a lively area, and the store stays pretty busy because of it. We spend most of the day unboxing new devices, setting up displays, and explaining how the different features work to anyone who walks in. It’s a lot of talking. Sometimes people come in just to look around or ask a quick question about their settings. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the phones inside and out. The shop floor is clean, but the back room is usually a bit of a mess with empty boxes and paperwork. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. Working in Kamla Nagar is interesting because you meet all kinds of people. Some days are slow, especially when it rains, and we just sit and chat amongst ourselves. Other days, like when a new model comes out, it is absolutely packed from morning to night. We don't use any fancy scripts or anything. We just talk to people like normal and try to help them find what they need. It’s a straightforward job in a busy neighborhood. We’ve been at this circle for a while now, and we like being part of the local market scene here. It gets quite loud during the evening rush.
