Samsung

Our place is over in Rohini C-9/6, which is specifically in the Sector-7 area of Nehru Place. It is a spot that gets a fair amount of foot traffic because of all the other electronics shops and businesses around us. We handle the Samsung side of things here and it is mostly dealing with phones and other gadgets that people bring in when they have issues. The shop itself is not massive but we have enough space for the counters and the display units we need. Sometimes the air conditioning really struggles to keep up when it is hot outside and the shop is full of customers. We spend most of our time looking at small screens and talking to people about their devices. It can be a lot of technical talk but we try to keep it simple for everyone. Rohini is a big area and being in Sector-7 makes us pretty easy to reach for the folks living in the apartments nearby. We open up the shutters in the morning and stay until the evening just like every other shop on the block. There is always some new phone model coming out so we have to spend time learning about the different features. It is not a fancy corporate office, just a regular store where we do our business. We have our regular crowd and then some new faces every now and then. It is just the daily routine of running a shop.
