Our office isn't especially large, so we spend most of our time close together looking at screens. Being a media company means things can get a bit frantic when a deadline is approaching. We don’t have a formal receptionist waiting at the door. Usually, whoever is nearest just gets up to see who it is. A few plants sit in the corner, though we often forget to water them. The address includes the word "Rim" at the end, which always seems to confuse the delivery drivers. Working out here in Dwarka is nice because it feels less cramped than the middle of the city. Our routine involves morning tea, checking the post, and working through the tasks on our desks. Having been around for a while, we just stick to what we know. There is no fancy corporate talk in these rooms. If a piece of equipment breaks, one of us tries to fix it ourselves. When we are busy, we just focus on the work. It is a very normal, straightforward place to be. We just want to get the media work done without making a lot of noise about it. That is how we have always operated. It suits us perfectly fine.
