Saitel Communication is right on the Vasant Kunj Main Road in Masoodpur, shops 1 and 2. It's a decent spot with a lot of cars passing by all day long. We do a bit of everything related to phones. Sales, repairs, recharges, you name it. The shop is divided into two parts. One side is more for the new stuff and the other is where the messy work happens. We have a lot of glass cases. They get fingerprints on them constantly, so we’re always wiping them down with a cloth. People come in asking about the latest models they saw online. We tell them what we have in stock and what we think of them. If we don't have something, we can usually get it by the next day. It’s a busy road, so parking can be a bit of a headache for our customers. We try to be quick so they don't have to leave their cars for long. We’ve been here for a while and have seen Masoodpur change quite a bit. There are more shops now, but we have our regulars who trust us. We don't use a lot of big words or sales talk. If a phone is broken, we tell you how much it costs to fix and how long it will take. No secrets. We drink our tea outside when it’s quiet. It’s a steady business. We aren't trying to be the biggest store.
