You can find Sai Telecom & Gifts at H-18 on the Kalka Main Road in Kalkaji. It’s a bit of a mix here because we do mobile work and sell various gift items too. The shop isn't huge, so we have to stack things carefully on the shelves. One side has phone covers and chargers, while the other side is filled with stuff like clocks or little showpieces for birthdays. Kalkaji is a very crowded area, and being on the main road means we get a lot of foot traffic all day. We see a lot of students and office workers passing by. Sometimes someone forgets their charger at home and needs a cheap one quickly, so they pop in here. The gift side of the business gets really busy during the festival times. We try to keep things that people actually use. It’s not like a big mall store, just a local shop where we know many of the faces. The lighting isn't the brightest, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it works for us. We’ve been at this spot for a few years now. Handling both phones and gifts keeps us pretty occupied. Sometimes we run out of wrapping paper, or the network for the recharges goes down for a few minutes. It happens. We just deal with it as it comes. It's a straightforward place to work. If you're walking down the main road, you'll probably see us.
