Sai Net Communication

Sai Net Communication is based in Uttam Nagar at G 1/94. It’s a small office that stays pretty busy with people coming in about their internet connections. The walls are lined with routers and bundles of yellow and blue cables. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out in the streets of Uttam Nagar, checking lines and fixing connections. The office itself is quite simple, just a couple of desks and a lot of technical gear. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic on the main road nearby, but we don't mind it much. We have a small team, and we usually have someone sitting at the front to talk to customers while the rest of us are handling the technical side of things. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We have our tea breaks right there at the desk and talk about the latest issues we’re seeing with the network. G 1/94 is a familiar spot for many people in this part of town. Sometimes the internet goes down during a storm, and then it’s all hands on deck to get things back up. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what the problem is and how long it’ll take to fix. Working in Uttam Nagar means there’s never a dull moment, and we just keep at it, one cable at a time. It’s basic, local, and we just try to do our work properly.
