Sahyog Communication

Sahyog Communication is located in the Sultanpur Saidulaijaib Market at 3-A. It is a small corner of the market where we do a bit of everything related to phones and communication. We handle a lot of recharges and sim card registrations, and there’s always someone coming in because they forgot their password or their internet isn't working right. The shop is quite small, so if three people come in at once, it feels very full. We have a couple of stools for people to sit on while they wait for their repairs. The market outside is always lively, with people buying groceries and kids running around. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat it at the small desk in the back. We have been at this address for a few years now and have gotten to know the families around here pretty well. It’s a quiet life, mostly just talking to people and helping them with their gadgets. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but that is just part of living in this part of town. We don’t do any big advertising, people just find us by walking through the market or hearing about us from a neighbor. It is a straightforward business where we just try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door.
