Sagar Electronic & Communication

We started this shop, Sagar Electronic & Communication, right here in Chhattarpur, specifically in Main Gali 13 of Saitulajab. It has been quite a journey setting things up in this part of town over the years. Most days start pretty early for us. We open up the heavy metal shutters and get everything ready for whoever walks in needing something fixed or maybe a new part for their device. This alley gets pretty busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work and school. We handle all sorts of electronic items and basic communication stuff. Sometimes it is just a simple cable someone needs for their charger, other times it is a more complicated repair that takes a few hours of sitting at the workbench under the bright light. We don't really have a big team or anything here, just a few of us who actually know how these things work. People from the neighborhood know where we are because we have been here a while. We have seen the area change quite a bit, but our spot in Gali 13 stays the same. It is not a fancy place with glass windows and air conditioning everywhere, just a practical shop where the real work gets done. If you are walking down the main lane, you can't really miss our sign. We keep our tools organized, mostly, though it gets messy when we have three or four different jobs going on at once. It’s just how a local business runs every day. We try to be fair and just get the job finished so the customer can get back to their day.
