S S Telecom

S S Telecom is tucked away in Model Town on Hudson Lane. We have been at 2538 for a good number of years now. Most of the day is spent fixing screens or helping people figure out why their phones won't charge properly. It is a small shop, but it stays crowded because everyone has a mobile problem these days. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a counter, some stools, and a lot of tiny screwdrivers. Living and working in this part of Delhi means we see all sorts of people. Students from the nearby areas come in often. We try to be quick because nobody likes being without their phone for long. It gets noisy with the traffic outside, but we just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes we sell accessories or simple stuff like cables and covers. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in the city. We just want to make sure when someone walks in with a broken device, they leave feeling a bit better. The shelves are a bit messy sometimes. We keep our tools close by so we don't lose them. It is just how we run things here. No fancy uniforms or scripted greetings. Just us sitting behind the glass helping out whoever walks through the door. It is what we do and we like it that way. It keeps our days interesting.
