S K Mobile Enterprises is situated right at Shani Bazar Chowk 6 in Sangam Vihar. If you know the Shani Bazar area, you know it's one of the busiest spots around, especially on the days when the main market is open. Our shop is right in the thick of it. It’s a noisy place with vendors calling out and motorcycles squeezing through the narrow lanes. Inside the shop, it’s a bit calmer, though we often have three or four people waiting at the same time. We handle everything from basic keypad phones to the newer smartphones. A lot of our work is just explaining how certain features work to older folks or fixing a charging port that got jammed with dirt or lint. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a mobile circuit. The shelves are packed with earphones, covers, and those colorful phone skins everyone seems to like these days. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the door, so we have to move the displays back and mop up. It’s just how things are in this part of town. We aren't trying to be a big chain store or anything. We are just a local shop at the chowk where you can get your phone sorted without much fuss. We stay open late because that’s when most people are free to come by. It's a lot of work.
