S G Telecom sits right near the Delhi GPO at Office No 193 in Golf Links. It’s a bit of an interesting spot, being near such a prominent landmark. The shop is small and functional. We focus on mobile phones, accessories, and helping people with their connections. It is a lot of small tasks, like applying screen protectors or helping someone move their contacts to a new phone. We see a mix of people, from office workers nearby to residents of the area. The space is a bit tight, so we have to stay organized. There are shelves filled with cases and chargers of all different types. We spend a lot of time on our feet, dealing with customers one after the other. It’s not a fancy corporate office. It’s just a place where we do the work. Sometimes the internet is slow or a customer is in a big hurry, and we just have to deal with it as best as we can. We like being in this part of Delhi. It’s got a bit of a different feel compared to the more crowded markets. We don't do any big promotions. Most people just walk in because they see the sign while they're out doing their errands. We just try to be helpful and get the job done so people can get on with their day. It’s a steady, everyday kind of business for us. We keep the counter clean and the chargers in order. It's nice to see the same faces every week.
