Our place is on Haridhian Singh Road in the middle of Karol Bagh’s busy trade area. It’s a lot of boxes coming in and boxes going out most days. We handle a lot of telecom stuff, so the office is usually filled with the sound of packing tape and people talking on their phones. It’s not a very quiet environment. The desks are covered in invoices and there’s always a stack of tea cups waiting to be cleaned up. We’ve been in this building for a while, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. The stairs up to our unit are steep and narrow, which makes moving heavy crates a bit of a challenge. We have a small team here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s checking the inventory or answering the door for a delivery guy who got lost in the Karol Bagh lanes. It gets pretty hectic around midday when everyone is trying to finish their work before the courier arrives. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks or moving stock around. It’s a practical workspace for people who have a lot to get done in a day. We just try to keep things organized enough so we don't lose track of the orders.
