If you find yourself in Shaheen Bagh near E 2135, you’ll probably see our sign. It is a quiet enough corner compared to the main market area, but we stay busy with the local families living around here. Most days involve opening up around ten and seeing who needs help with their mobile. A lot of kids come in asking for the latest games or why their phone is running slow. We don’t do anything too complicated, just the usual screen replacements and battery swaps. The shop is filled with boxes of different cases and screen protectors that I try to keep organized, though it never stays that way for long. Sometimes someone brings in an old phone that looks like it’s been through a war, and we see if it can be saved. There’s a small fan in the corner that makes a lot of noise, but it helps when the Delhi heat gets too much. We see a lot of the same faces every week, people coming in to pay bills or just to ask a question about a new feature they can't figure out. It’s a simple setup here. We have some plastic chairs outside for when the shop gets too crowded. It's just a regular neighborhood shop where we try to fix what’s broken and keep things moving. We don't have any big fancy displays, just the essentials on the shelves.
