Rich Communication

Our shop is located at 8434 Mehandi Street 3 in Arya Nagar, which is right in the middle of Paharganj. If you've ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how narrow the streets are and how many people are constantly moving through. We handle mobile communications and gadgets. It’s a small storefront, but we pack a lot into it. There are cables hanging from the ceiling and boxes stacked under the counters. We spend the day helping people with their connections or fixing a phone that someone dropped on the pavement. The noise from the street never really stops, with the horns and the shouting, but we just stay focused on the work at hand. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People just walk in because they see the sign or they’ve been here before. Sometimes we sit on small stools out front when things are slow, just to catch a bit of air. We've seen a lot of tourists and locals come through Mehandi Street over the years. We try to keep the most common spare parts in stock so people don't have to wait too long. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just take the devices, look at the problem, and try to fix it while the customer waits or goes for a tea nearby. Paharganj is always full of surprises and you never know who will come through that door next.
