Ria Tele is located in the basement area, specifically Bs3, of Devika Tower in Nehru Place. If you know Nehru Place, you know it’s the place for electronics and repairs. My shop is tucked away down there among many others. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. I spend my hours surrounded by phone parts, tangled wires, and the smell of solder. People bring in their devices when something goes wrong, and I take a look. Usually, it’s a broken port or a battery that won't hold a charge anymore. The light isn't the best down here, so I have a bright lamp on my workbench. It’s constant work. People are always in a hurry in Nehru Place, wanting their stuff fixed while they wait. I drink a lot of tea from the guy who walks around the building. The tower itself is always buzzing with office workers and people looking for computer deals. My space is small, but I have everything I need within reach. I don't have a big team or anything, just me and occasionally someone to help out. We see all kinds of phones, from the really old ones to the newest models. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on tiny screws. By the time I head out, the sun is usually down. That’s just the routine of working in a basement shop in this busy tech hub.
