Repairing Point

We are tucked away in Darya Ganj at Office No 7/38 on Ansari Road. This area is famous for books and offices, but we handle the repair side of things. Our shop is not very big, and it is usually filled with things that people have dropped off to get fixed. You will see tools spread out across the main workbench and parts from various gadgets lying around in small bins. It is a bit of a mess, to be honest, but we know where everything is. People come to us from all over the neighborhood when their equipment stops working. We spend a lot of time looking through magnifying glasses and poking at circuit boards. Ansari Road is always bustling, and you can hear the street noise even from inside our office. We have been at this address for a good number of years. There is no receptionist or waiting lounge here; you just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. Sometimes we are very busy and the backlog of repairs gets quite long, especially during the summer months. We do not do much in the way of decoration. The walls are mostly covered with shelves holding old components and boxes. It is a simple operation, run by a few of us who just like figuring out why things are not turning on. We just stay here at our desks and keep fixing whatever comes through the door, one item at a time, until the day is finally over.
