Reliable Mobile Care Centre is based at Okhla Main Road, specifically at AP-15-A. If you have ever been on the Okhla Main Road, you know how much traffic passes through here every single hour of the day. Our shop is right along that busy stretch. We focus on fixing mobile phones, which is why we have the care centre name. Most days are spent hunched over a workbench with small screwdrivers and magnifying glasses. We see a lot of cracked screens and water damage. It’s a tough business because people are always in a rush and they want their phones back immediately. We do what we can to help. The shop isn't very big, and it’s filled with the smell of solder and the sound of the main road outside. We aren't part of any big franchise or chain. We are just a local repair spot where we try to be honest about what we can fix and what we can't. Sometimes parts are hard to find for older models, so we have to tell people to wait a few days. We don't use any marketing tricks or polished speeches. We just look at the phone, tell you the price, and get to work. Being at AP-15-A makes it easy for people to drop off their devices on their way to work or on the way home. It’s a busy, sometimes stressful life, but it keeps us going from one day to the next.
