Rawat Tent & Caterers

We are based in R K Puram Sector VI at number 10, which is where we keep all the stuff for Rawat Tent & Caterers. It is a mix of a warehouse and a kitchen space, really. On one side you have the big cooking vats and the industrial burners, and on the other, you have all the tent poles and the folded chairs. The smell around here is usually a mix of spices and the canvas of the tents. We are often busy preparing for functions, so there is a lot of chopping, stirring, and heavy lifting going on at the same time. Sector VI is a pretty established area, and we have become a regular sight for the people living nearby. It is not a quiet business; there is always the sound of metal clanging or someone shouting instructions over the noise of a burner. We spend our days checking the inventory, making sure we have enough plates and that the tents are clean. When a big order comes in, the whole place turns into a hive of activity. We do not really have a front office, so we usually just talk to people right there among the equipment. It is honest work that leaves us pretty tired at the end of the day. We focus on getting the food cooked and the tents up, without much worry for anything else. It is just the way we have always operated here in this little spot.
