Ravi Fireworks

We are located right in Rohini Sector 7. If you look for number 1, you’ll find our little shop. Ravi Fireworks has been a part of the local scene for a long time. People usually think of us when Diwali comes around, but there’s work to do all year. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful about how we store everything. Safety is the main thing we think about every day. My family started this because people around here always need something for weddings or festivals. It’s not a big corporate operation. It’s just a few of us behind the counter. We talk to the neighbors and help people pick out what they need. Sometimes the shop gets really crowded when a big holiday is near. We try to keep the line moving, but it’s hard when everyone is in a rush. The shelves are packed with boxes of all sizes. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. It’s a nice neighborhood to be in. We’ve seen the kids grow up and now they bring their own children to get sparklers. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for customers. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of the celebrations in people’s lives. That's really all there is to it. We keep things simple and try to be helpful to everyone who walks in the door.
