We’ve been running the shop here at Sagarpur Main RZ-16/1 for a good while now. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work and realizes their phone screen is cracked or they need a quick recharge. The shop isn't huge, but we keep it organized enough to find what people need. Sagarpur is a crowded area, so there is always noise from the street coming in through the door. Most days start with opening up the shutters around mid-morning and cleaning off the dust that settles overnight. We handle a lot of different things, from fixing buttons that don't work anymore to helping someone pick out a basic plastic cover for their new mobile. It’s mostly just us doing the work, sitting behind the counter and dealing with whatever comes in. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there talking to whoever is around. It’s a regular neighborhood business, nothing fancy. We know most of the people who walk by every day. If someone has a problem with their SIM card or their battery is dying too fast, they just drop by. It gets pretty hectic on the weekends when the market is full. We just try to get through the repairs as they come and keep things moving. It’s a lot of sitting and fiddling with tiny screws under a desk lamp, but it’s what we do here in Sagarpur at Rana Telecom Center.
