Rajneesh Telecom is tucked away in Greater Kailash, which is a place most people think is very posh, but our corner is just a regular shop. We have been working out of this location for a good amount of time. It is a simple setup where we handle mobile recharges, repairs, and selling various gadgets that people need for their daily lives. The day usually starts around ten when we roll up the shutters. Greater Kailash has a lot of foot traffic, so we see a lot of different faces every single day. Some people are in a huge rush and others like to stand and talk about the latest phone models for an hour. We do not have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on getting the job done so people can go back to their lives. The back room is where most of the repair work happens, and it is usually a bit of a mess with screwdrivers and tiny parts lying around. Sometimes we run out of a specific part and have to wait a few days for the delivery guy to show up. That is just how it is. We try to be honest with everyone about how long a fix will take. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. Being here in GK gives us a chance to see a bit of everything without needing to act like something we are not.
