Raja Telecom Center

We've been at Naraina Industrial Area Phase II A 30 for quite a while now. Raja Telecom Center is just a small shop where we handle phones and talk to folks from the neighborhood. It gets busy here during the day with all the industrial stuff going on nearby. We mostly fix screens, look at batteries that won't charge, and help people pick out basic accessories. It’s not a fancy place, just a counter and some stools for when people have to wait. My brother and I usually open up around ten, sometimes a bit later if traffic is bad. We keep a lot of chargers and cables in the back because those seem to break the most. People stop by on their way to work or during lunch. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty because of the construction on the road outside, but we try to keep the glass clean. We don't have a big website or anything, just this spot. Most people find us by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. We see a lot of the same faces every week. If a phone is really broken, we tell them straight if it’s worth fixing or not. There’s no point in lying about it. We just keep things moving and try to get the jobs done by the evening. It's regular work, nothing too special, but it keeps us busy and we know the area well.
