Raj Mobile Hut

Kotla Mubarakpur is a crowded place and A-44 is where you will find Raj Mobile Hut. It is a small shop but we have it packed with everything from screen guards to those cheap earphones that everyone needs. I spend my day sitting behind the glass counter watching the people go by on the street. A lot of folks come in for simple things like a mobile recharge or to get a new SIM card. Sometimes they bring in a phone that stopped working after it fell in water and I have to tell them if it can be fixed or not. We have a lot of regular customers from the neighborhood who stop by just to say hello or ask about the latest models. The walls are covered with all sorts of colorful covers and cables hanging on hooks. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic right outside but I am used to it now. I usually eat my lunch right there at the counter while keeping an eye on the door. It is not a big corporate store with air conditioning that works all the time but it is our place. We try to keep the stock updated as much as we can with our small budget. When the market lights come on in the evening the shop looks a bit brighter and that is usually our busiest time before we close for the night and pull down the heavy metal shutter.
