Raj Hans Telecom is located in Rohini Sector 11, specifically at D-1-66. Compared to the bigger markets, this area stays relatively quiet. Several years have passed since we first opened our doors here. Usually, the shop is a one-man operation throughout the day. Recharges, bill payments, and minor phone fixes are what we do. Second-hand phones are sometimes available in the display, though they sell fast. Residents from the nearby blocks are the people we see most often. Marketing hasn't been necessary because the neighbors talk to each other. Waiting for parts from suppliers can sometimes slow down a repair. We just ask people to check back with us in a day or two. A relaxed atmosphere is more our style than anything formal. Uniforms and strict rules don't exist in our shop. Sweeping the floor and opening up is the morning routine. If a phone is acting slow or needs a new SIM, we provide a direct answer. We aren't experts in every single technology, but we fix most things.
