You can find us in Nangloi, specifically at D-3/27 in Kunwar Singh Nagar. We run this mobile communication shop for the people living nearby. It’s a modest setup where we do things like phone repairs and sell basic accessories. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a small room with a counter and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. We started this because we saw that people in this part of Nangloi needed a place to get their phones fixed without traveling too far. Most days are spent hunched over a desk with a magnifying glass, looking at tiny circuits. It’s quiet work sometimes, and other times the shop is full of kids looking for cheap headphones. We know the people around here, and they know us. We don't have a website or do any social media stuff. We just put a sign outside and hope people see it. Sometimes we run out of certain parts, and customers have to come back the next week. It’s just the way things are in a small local business. We try to be honest about what we can do and what we can’t. Running a shop at D-3/27 has its ups and downs, but it’s a steady life. We are just regular people trying to help out our neighbors with their tech problems. It gets us through the month.
