Our shop is right on the Main Bijwasan Road. It’s easy to find if you’re heading through the area. Rahul runs things here most days and he has been doing it for a long time. It started small and we just kept going year after year. The road outside is always loud and full of traffic, which keeps us busy. We see a lot of people passing by on their way to work or the market. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things run okay. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we spend most of our time dealing with the customers rather than decorating. We don't use any fancy computer systems or anything like that. Just a simple notebook and some basic tools to keep track of stuff. It works for us. Bijwasan is a busy place and being on the main road means we see all sorts of people. Some days the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it when we can. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It's just a regular communication shop. We've had some regulars who have been coming to us since we first opened the shutters. It feels good to have that connection with the locals. We just open up in the morning and stay until late at night. That's pretty much our routine every single day.
