Radical Communication

Radical Communication is situated at 88/1 on Adchini Main Road. It’s a good location because everyone passes by here. We deal with phones and all the little things that go with them. It’s a narrow shop, but we’ve packed a lot into it. You’ll see racks of phone covers and cables hanging everywhere. I started this because I wanted to be my own boss. It’s a lot of work, staying open from morning until late at night. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can’t do the digital stuff, which is frustrating for everyone. We just try to stay patient. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just sell phones and fix the ones that aren't working right. The Adchini area is always moving, so we get a lot of random people stopping in because they saw our sign while stuck in traffic. I try to keep the shop looking okay, but with so many people coming in, it gets messy fast. We don’t have a big staff, usually just me and one other guy. We handle everything from sales to cleaning the windows. It’s a simple business. We treat people like people, not like account numbers. If we can help, we do. That’s about it for us. The traffic outside is never-ending but the chai from the corner shop makes it better. We stay here until nine or ten usually just to make sure we don't miss anyone.
