Radha Swami Telecommunication is based in Gurgaon H.O, specifically at Shivaji Nagar 210/4. It’s a busy little corner of the city. We handle a lot of mobile recharges and sim card issues here. The shop at 210/4 isn't very large but it serves the local community well. Shivaji Nagar has a lot of residents who stop by on their way home. We see the same faces every week. It’s nice to know the people in the neighborhood. We started this place because we saw a need for a reliable spot for phone stuff. It’s not fancy at all. There are a few stools for customers to sit on while they wait. We have a variety of mobile covers and screen guards too. Sometimes the internet is slow and it takes longer to process the recharges, which can be frustrating. We just try to be honest with people about how long things will take. Gurgaon is changing fast but Shivaji Nagar still feels like a proper neighborhood. We aren't part of any big company. It’s just us running the show. We keep the books manually mostly.
