R T P Swiss Tent

R T P Swiss Tent is tucked away in East Patel Nagar at Market Lane 13/20. We deal with tents and all the equipment you need for setting up outdoor spaces. It is a lot of heavy lifting and moving big rolls of fabric around. The shop isn't very large so a lot of our inventory is kept in the back or moved out when we have a job. In Patel Nagar, the lanes can be narrow so getting our trucks in and out is always a bit of a challenge. We have been doing this for a while and we know the market pretty well. During the wedding season, things get incredibly hectic and we are barely ever in the shop. We are usually out at different sites putting up poles and stretching canvas. It is hard work and your hands get calloused from the ropes and the metal poles. When we are back at 13/20, we spend time checking the tents for holes or cleaning the poles. It is not a clean job, you get quite dusty and sweaty. We don't have a fancy showroom with lights and decorations. We just show people samples of the material and some photos of what we have done before. It is a local business and we just work hard to make sure the setups are sturdy. Sometimes the weather ruins a good day's work, but we just start over and fix it as fast as we can.
