R S Mobile Centre is situated at Sangam Vihar Main Ratiya Marg, specifically G-Iind 60. This part of Sangam Vihar is always busy with traffic and people moving about. We fit right into that chaos. Our shop isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of space we have at G-Iind 60. We handle all sorts of mobile phone issues, from broken charging ports to software glitches that nobody can figure out. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at small screens, but it’s what we do. We see a lot of people from Ratiya Marg coming in throughout the day. Some are in a hurry and others want to stay and chat for a bit while we work on their phones. We keep a variety of accessories on the walls, though they might be a bit dusty sometimes. R S Mobile Centre is just a place where you can get your phone sorted without much fuss. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big polished counter. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of phones. Living and working in Sangam Vihar means you have to be ready for anything. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use flashlights to finish a job, but that's just part of life here. We've seen kids grow up and bring in their own phones now. It makes us feel like we really belong to this street on Ratiya Marg. We’ve been at G-Iind 60 for a good stretch of time and we plan to stay. It’s a simple life running a mobile shop, but it keeps us busy.
