R N Telnet is located in Karol Bagh on Hari Singh Nalwa Street, at 1467/24. Karol Bagh is always a whirlwind of activity, and being on this particular street means there is never a dull moment. We work mostly with internet setups and telecommunications, which means we are often dealing with a lot of cables and routers. The shop is usually a bit cluttered because we have equipment coming in for testing or being prepared for an installation. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or at the computer, checking connections and trying to figure out why someone's signal is weak. It is a very hands-on kind of business. The walls are lined with different types of wires and networking gear that most people wouldn't recognize. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget; we just rely on being here every day and doing the work. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the shop a bit uncomfortable, but we keep the fans going and keep moving. Customers come in with all sorts of tech problems, and we do our best to find a solution that works for them without being too complicated. It’s a busy life in a busy neighborhood, and we’re just one of the many small businesses trying to keep things running smoothly for the people around us.
