Qamrul Telecom

Qamrul Telecom is a small shop located at 7813 in NAI Basti, right in the Bara Hindu Rao area. This part of the city is always moving, and our shop is no different. We spend the day selling mobile recharges, fixing cracked phone screens, and helping people pick out simple accessories like chargers or earphones. It is a tiny place, so things can get a bit cluttered with all the small gadgets and wires we keep in stock. The street outside is usually full of people and carts, so there is always something to look at while we wait for customers. We have been here for a while and most of the locals know us by name. It is not a high-end electronics store, just a practical place where you get your phone fixed or buy a new SIM card without any fuss. Sometimes we have three or four people crowded inside the shop all at once, and it gets quite warm, but we just keep working. We handle a lot of second-hand phones too, checking them over to see if they are still good to use. The neighborhood has a lot of history, and being tucked away in NAI Basti feels like being part of a big family. We open up around ten and stay until the market starts to quiet down late at night. It is just a basic shop making a living by keeping people connected in this busy part of town.
