Our office is over at 3/210 in Subhash Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re familiar with this part of the city. We’ve been operating from here for a good stretch of time. It’s not a huge building, just a regular space where we have our setup. We do media work, which sounds more exciting than it actually is most days. A lot of it is just sitting at the computer, checking details and making sure everything is where it should be. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. Usually, we just order something from one of the local places or bring a tiffin from home. The street outside can get a bit noisy with people and cars, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. It’s just the background noise of Delhi. Inside, we keep things pretty casual. There’s no dress code or anything like that. We just want to get through the work without any major hiccups. Subhash Nagar has a good feel to it, very lived-in and practical. We know the people at the corner store and they know us. It’s a nice enough place to spend our working hours. We don’t really do big presentations or have fancy client lounges. We just have our desks, our computers, and each other. It’s a simple way to run a business and it works fine for us.
