Prince Tent House

Prince Tent House is tucked away in Gali No. 2 of Gandhi Market in Sagarpur West. If you’ve ever walked down that lane, you’ve probably seen our colorful fabrics hanging out to dry or our guys stacking up those heavy iron chairs. It's a family thing we’ve got going here. We handle the basic stuff people need for a local event, like the tenting, the floor mats, and the seating. It’s hard work, especially during the summer months when you're out there under the sun setting up a stage. We don't have a big fancy showroom. Mostly, it’s just a storage space packed to the ceiling with decorations and poles. We know almost everyone in the neighborhood by now because we’ve probably done a tent for their kid's birthday or a religious function at some point over the years. The market gets really crowded, so moving our stuff in and out can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We just focus on getting the job done before the guests arrive. There isn't any big secret to what we do, it's just about being there on time and making sure the tent doesn't sag. We’ve had some late nights and very early mornings, but that’s just part of the deal. Gandhi Market is where we started and where we plan to stay for as long as we can. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us going day after day.
