Pride Cell Point

You can find us at Pride Cell Point, right on Arya Samaj Road in Karol Bagh. It is a busy street, as anyone who lives around here knows. Our shop is at 13/34. Most days it is quite noisy outside with the traffic and people walking by. I spend a lot of time behind the counter looking at phone screens. People bring in mobiles with cracked glass or batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. It is a lot of small parts and tiny screws. I have been working here for a good while now. The shop isn't very large, so we have to use every inch of the walls for cases and chargers. Karol Bagh is famous for markets, so we have a lot of competition, but we just focus on what is in front of us. My brother helps out when it gets really packed. We don't do big advertisements or anything like that. People just know where we are. Sometimes we talk about the old phone models versus the new ones. Everything changes so fast in this business. One day a phone is popular, the next day it's old news. We try to keep up with the tools needed for the new models. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing. We take our lunch sitting right here usually. It is a simple routine, day in and day out. It gets exhausting sometimes but it is how we make our living. We are just a regular mobile shop on a regular busy road in Karol Bagh.
