Pranjal Communications

Our place, Pranjal Communications, is located in Janta Jeevan Camp, Phase II. We are at number 327 in the Kalkaji Extension area. It is a crowded spot, and finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren't from around here. We’ve been in this community for a while. The shop is basically a front room where we have a desk and some display shelves. We handle a bit of everything—recharges, photo copies, and sometimes helping people with their online forms. Many people here don't have computers at home, so they come to us. We use an old printer that makes a lot of noise, but it still works fine. The kids from the camp often hang around the doorway. It’s never quiet. You can hear music from the neighbors or kids playing in the street all day long. We keep a diary of who owes what, though we try to get paid upfront. It’s a humble setup. We don't have air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that we keep on high. When it rains, the street gets a bit muddy, but people still come by. We like being part of the camp. It feels like everyone knows everyone else’s business. We just do our work and close up when the sun goes down. It’s simple, honest work for the people living nearby. We also keep a few basic snacks and cold drinks for anyone who stops by for a chat.
