Planet Infocom

Planet Infocom is tucked away in Saket at D-154. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, focusing on computers and tech stuff. It’s not a massive place, but we have enough room to fix laptops and help people with their software issues. Saket is a busy area, so we get all sorts of people walking in. Some are students, some are working from home, and they all have the same problem: their tech isn't working. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and opening up cases to see what’s wrong. It’s quiet work mostly, interrupted by the phone ringing. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We try to be honest about how long a repair will take. Sometimes parts are hard to find, and we have to tell the customer to wait a few days. We don't like doing that, but it's how it goes. We handle networking and cables too. It’s a lot of troubleshooting. We enjoy the puzzle of it, honestly. When a computer finally boots up after being dead, it’s a good feeling. We’re just local people who know a bit about technology and want to help the neighborhood stay connected. We keep the shop open late sometimes when there is a lot of work to finish. It's just a small room full of wires and fans.
