People Group

People Group is located at D-45, Second Floor, in the Eldeco Residency Greens area of Noida. It’s a nice enough spot, though finding the right gate in the residency can sometimes be a bit of a struggle for delivery drivers. We’ve been on the second floor here for a while now. The office isn't huge, but it fits the team we have. We do a lot of our daily planning and meetings in the main room. There’s a small balcony where a couple of us go to get some air when the office feels a bit too quiet. We don't really go for the high-end office furniture; we’ve just got what we need to stay comfortable while we work. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. People just show up and get to work. Noida is a big hub, but being inside Eldeco makes it feel a bit more private and less like we're in a massive industrial zone. We handle various tasks throughout the day, mostly just keeping the business side of things moving. It’s a practical setup for us. We’ve had the same neighbors for a few years and everyone mostly keeps to themselves. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist; we just want to make sure the work is finished on time and done right. It's just a normal group of people working together in a quiet corner of Noida.
