Pda Trade Fairs

Pda Trade Fairs is based in J. P. Nagar 5th Phase in Bangalore, specifically at 104 Mahaveer Springs. It’s a residential complex, so our office has a bit of a homey feel to it. J. P. Nagar is a great area, but the traffic near Kanakapura Road can be a real pain if you’re coming in from the city center. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The office is basically a few rooms where we plan and organize trade fairs. It’s a lot of paperwork, floor plans, and endless lists of exhibitors. Since we’re in an apartment building, it’s pretty quiet, which is good when you’re trying to concentrate on a big layout. We don’t have a big flashy sign outside. We just have our small nameplate by the door. Most of our work happens on the phone or through emails, so we don't need a massive commercial space. The living room area of the flat serves as our main workspace, and the kitchen is where the coffee gets made. It’s a tight-knit group of us here. We don’t really bother with corporate jargon or long meetings. We just sit down, figure out what needs to happen for the next fair, and start working on it. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when an event is coming up, but mostly it’s just a steady hum of work. We try to keep everything organized and handle the details one by one until it's finished.
