Paul Tents Caters & Decorators

Our shop is over in CD-78 in Pitampura. We handle a mix of things like putting up tents and making sure the food is ready for whatever event is happening. Most of the time, we’re busy in the back getting the cooking gear packed or checking the linens for the tables. Pitampura is a crowded area, so we have to plan our transport carefully so we don't get stuck in traffic while the food is still fresh. We have a regular team that does the heavy lifting with the tent poles and another group that focuses on the kitchen side of things. It gets pretty loud and hectic when multiple orders come in at once, but that's just how it goes in this line of work. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the storage room gets a bit messy with all the decorations and extra plates. It's a family-run kind of setup where everyone pitches in. We’ve been at this spot for a while, so the neighbors know us. Sometimes we’re just doing a small dinner and other times it’s a whole street setup. We don't really have a big office, just the space here where we meet people and talk about what they need for their home functions or local parties. Cleaning the large pots and checking the electrical wires for the decorative lights takes up most of our weekday mornings. It is a lot of physical labor, but it keeps the business running.
