Paradise Tent & Caterers

Around Khirki Extension, things can get pretty crowded, but we’ve got our spot at A 7. Paradise Tent & Caterers has been part of the neighborhood for a good while. Dealing with tents and catering means we are always on the move. One day we are hauling heavy poles to a site, and the next we are worried about large pots of food and making sure the stove works. It’s hard work, especially when the weather isn't helping. If it rains, the tents get heavy, and if it's too hot, the kitchen is a struggle. We’ve handled all sorts of local gatherings, from small family things to bigger neighborhood events. Our storage area is usually a bit of a mess with folded chairs and stacked plates, but we know where everything is. It’s not a glamorous job. You spend a lot of time on your feet and even more time cleaning up after everyone has gone home. We mostly get our work from people who live nearby and know they can just walk over to A 7 and talk to us. We don’t have a big marketing team. It’s just us, the equipment, and the food. Storing all those big metal frames takes up every inch of space we have. If you walk by, you’ll probably see us out front hosing down some floor mats. Our families have gotten used to us being away during holidays. It’s just the nature of the business. We have our old reliable vans that get the job done.
