Paradise Events

Running Paradise Events from Janakpuri 419 C keeps us on our toes all year round. It’s not really a shop where you come to buy things, but more of an office where we plan out the logistics for local functions. Most of our time is spent out on different sites, putting up tents or arranging chairs and lights. If you come by the office, you’ll likely see piles of fabric samples and half-empty coffee cups. It gets pretty messy during the wedding season because there is so much to coordinate. We use a lot of local guys to help with the heavy lifting and the setup. It’s a lot of late nights and early mornings, often working through the weekends when everyone else is off. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to get things moved from one place to another without breaking too much. Sometimes the weather ruins a plan and we have to fix things at the last minute, which is always stressful. We’ve lived in Janakpuri for a long time, so we know the local parks and community centers well. It’s honest work, even if it’s tiring. We don't use fancy software, just a lot of phone calls and notebooks to keep track of who needs what and where they need it.
