We’ve been doing this for quite some time. It’s a tough business because the equipment is heavy and the hours are strange. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks. The shop itself is mostly a place to store the tents, poles, and kitchen stuff. It’s not very organized to look at, but we know where the big pots and the decorative cloths are kept. In the wedding season, we hardly sleep because someone always needs something at the last minute. My clothes are usually stained from work and my hands are always a bit rough.
